My numbers are zero
Open the Health app, tap your picture, Apps, Daily Health, and turn on every category. Then pull down to refresh in Daily Health.
My food isn't showing
Daily Health doesn't log food. Track it in an app such as MyFitnessPal and turn on that app's Apple Health sharing (in MyFitnessPal: More, Apps & Devices, Apple Health). It appears here on the next refresh.
My weigh-in isn't showing
Your scale's app has to write the reading to Apple Health. Many scale apps only do that when opened. You can also log a weigh-in by hand: Goal tab, plus button. A weigh-in before noon counts for the previous day.
The estimate and the scale disagree
Day to day, they will. The scale moves with water and food in your system; the estimate moves only with calories. Over a few weeks they should track. If the estimate runs consistently ahead of the scale, open Settings, Calculations, and lower the burn adjustment or raise the intake adjustment.
Widgets look out of date
iOS decides when widgets refresh, roughly every 15 minutes, and Health data can't be read while the phone is locked. Open the app once after installing so widgets can start updating on their own.
Groups
Create a group and share the 6-character code, or invite someone by email so the invitation is waiting for them. To report or block someone, use the "…" menu next to their name or message. To delete your group account: Group tab, gear icon, "Delete my group account".
